Job Position: Sales and Business Development Specialist
Employment: Full Time
Location: Ramallah

Digify Digital Agency is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to take full ownership of new client acquisition, revenue growth, and business expansion. This is a key role in building the agency’s client base and driving long-term sales success.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to close deals with B2B clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring high-value retainers and project-based services.
  • Conduct sales presentations and service demonstrations t o potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads in CRM and optimize the sales funnel for better conversion rates.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and provide updates to the management team


Business Development & Expansion : 

  • Identify & pursue new market opportunities to grow Digify’s presence in Palestine and beyond.
  • Research industry trends and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop targeted sales materials, case studies, and outreach strategies.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, or tech services).
  • Preferred Experience in lead generation and management, utilizing CRM software to optimize sales processes..
  • Strong negotiation & consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Very good thoroughness and attention to details skills.
  • Very good knowledge of general administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written).
  • Motivated and Pro-active.
  • Valid driver’s license.
